Dronis 20 Tablet is a combination oral contraceptive pill primarily used for preventing pregnancy. It contains two active ingredients: Drospirenone and Ethinyl Estradiol. Drospirenone is a progestin, and Ethinyl Estradiol is an estrogen. Together, they prevent ovulation, alter the cervical mucus to make it harder for sperm to reach the uterus, and change the lining of the uterus to prevent attachment of a fertilized egg.
